A. We offer worldwide FREE SHIPPING on every order. And most of orders will ship by DHL or EMS, but for order amount less then US$100.00, the item(s) will ship in China Post or HK Post
Q. Does the Jewelry come with free original packaging?
A. We do not offer free original jewelry packaging for order amount less then US$500.00.
Q. Can I add something to an order once it has been placed?
A. Because we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to add any additional items or edit existing items in your order.
Q. Can I Cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped out, but we do offer a 30 day return policy and would be happy to help you with a refund.
RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Q. How long do I have to Return or Exchange an item?
A. We offer a 30-day money back return policy.
- Please note that this 30 day window starts from the original date that the order was confirmed delivered, NOT the date you received this item, if these two dates differ. If you fall outside of this 30-day window, you may still send in your item for an exchange but may be charged a fee. If for any reason a problem should arise with any of your items, you may return it/them for an exchange for a minimal fee.
Q. How long do I have to return an item for a refund?
A. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items. You may return an item in for a refund of the purchase price with in 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that shipping fee(US$30.00) is non refundable.
Q. Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
A. Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

Q. What if my exchange has a price difference?
A. If your exchange is priced lower than the original item ordered, we will refund that difference to you in your original form of payment. If your exchange is priced higher than the original item ordered, you must include a form of payment (Western Union or Bank Transfer) for the price difference.
Q. How will I know when my exchange item has been shipped?
A. Once your exchange request has been completed an email will be sent to your email address on file.
Q. Why hasn’t my refund been reflected on my (bank, credit card, etc.) account?
A. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some cards, depending on the bank, can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to be reflected. Check with your card company to be sure they have received the refund.

Q. Can I place an order and pay thru PayPal?
A. No. We are not accepting PayPal for all orders.
