Ingredients

  • (1) 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup medium chunky salsa
  • 1/ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro (if desired)

    Spread softened cream cheese on a 8- or 9-inch microwave-safe serving plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Microwave approximately two minutes or until cheese melts.
