Easy Mexican Dip Con Queso
Serve this simple-yet-tasty dip with a glass of Liberty Vineyards Traminette on game day or for a casual party.
Ingredients
- (1) 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup medium chunky salsa
- 1/ cup shredded lettuce
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro (if desired)
Instructions
- Spread softened cream cheese on a 8- or 9-inch microwave-safe serving plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Microwave approximately two minutes or until cheese melts. Top with the chunky salsa, then the shredded lettuce and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Serve with Liberty Vineyards’ Traminette Wine.
