We serve this tasty drink at our annual “Goodbye Winter Luau” at the winery. It is the perfect fruity treat for parties and get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Liberty Vineyards Diamond wine
  • 2 cups ice

Steps

    Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on highest speed (or crush cycle) until mixture is slushy. Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired. Enjoy!
