Serve a little bubbly to dress up your Easter brunch. Our Sparkling Riesling is an elegant addition to any brunch menu. Serve alone or whip up some mimosas–just serve equal parts Sparkling Riesling and orange juice in Champagne flutes.
Fruity wines are a nice complement to smoky ham. Riesling, Diamond, Dry Diamond, Traminette and Trifection are all great choices with ham. Riesling is a traditional pairing. Our semi-sweet Riesling has peach and apricot notes and recently won a Double Gold Medal at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition! Diamond and Dry Diamond also pair well with ham–the Diamond grape has a pineapple note that makes it a good match to hams with a slightly sweet glaze. Award-winning Traminette wine pairs well with a spiced ham.
While both reds and whites will complement many traditional Easter foods, we tend to start looking for lighter-bodied wines as warmer weather approaches. However, there are still some great Dry Red options for Easter. Our Noiret or Barrel-Select Noiret are both great choices with lamb and other Easter menus.
For dessert, serve Cool Cat , our fruity, late-harvest dessert wine is a great choice. Or, try some Chocolette or White Chocolette to end your meal.
