It’s that time again–here are our suggestions for serving on Easter 2016.
Diamond, Dry Diamond, Diamond Select, Traminette, Riesling and Dry Riesling all complement ham well. For the Dry Red lover, try Syrah or Noiret with ham or lamb. Serving Easter brunch? Sparkling Riesling is the perfect choice. This very special sparkling wine, which was made in the Champagne method was named Best Sparkling Wine, Florida State Fair International Wine Competition. Serve the Sparkling Riesling alone or serve half wine and half orange juice for very tasty mimosas.
For Dessert impress your guests with Chocolette or White Chocolette after dinner. (They are also great Easter basket stuffers for adults.) For a really special dessert, consider serving Catawba Ice Wine (Winner: Best Dessert Wine, Florida State Fair International Wine Competition)
